• Worked as Asst. Professor and as Associate. Professor in JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore , India from 1986 to 1992 
• Worked as CSIR Senior Research Fellow 1992 (Aug) to 1994 (Oct.), Andhra University, India
• Worked at Siddhartha College of Pharmacy, Vijayawada, India from 1994 to 2004. Initially as Associate Professor for 5 years and from 1999 to 2004 as Principal & Professor since 1999 to Dec.2004
• Worked as Professor of   Pharmaceutics at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia since Dec.2004 to Feb.2007 
• Professor  & Principal in Aditya Inst. Of Pharm. Sciences, Surampalem, AP State, India, Feb,2007 to October 2012
• Working as Professor at RAK College of Pharmacy since October 2012 till date (as Associate Dean from October 2017 )

• Major areas of research interest are in the development of fast dissolving and sustained release products
• Evaluation of novel excipients and polymers in formulation design 
• Published 52 research papers in National & International Journals 
• Senior Research Fellow of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research during 1992-95
• Secured Research Grant for 100000 AED from AICTE, India ( 2010-2012 )
• Best research paper at Indian Pharmaceutical Congress 2016 held at Visakhapatnam, India
• Invited speaker in conference on Cold Chain Management organized by at Dubai by DICKSON, USA
• Chief coordinator for CME conference on Cosmetics & Role of Pharmacist in counseling organized at RAKMHSU in May 2015
• Invited member on panel discussion on Immunological Products in Scientific Session organized in DUPHAT 2016
• Member of organizing committees of conferences conducted by RAKMHSU
• Conducted Pharmacy Council of India sponsored workshop on Drug Awareness Among Working Pharmacists
