Candidates with a minimum of a Basic degree in Health Sciences preferably Medicine, Masters degree in Public Health or Health Management related fields, Doctoral degree in Community Medicine or public health fields; along with at least 15 years of experience following basic qualification/at least 10 years’ experience following terminal qualification, of working in health workforce development preferably in GCC region. are encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates will have significant experience of working in capacity building projects including management and coordination of education and training, working with WHO and UN agencies in capacities of consulting or coordination, along with academic experience at UG and PG level.
The candidate should demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, excellent planning and management skills, coordination and facilitation skills, team-work and problem-solving skills, multitasking skills.
Certification in Health workforce development and research methods will be an added advantage.
The candidate must also be willing and able to travel for work.
Candidate must be friendly, familiar with, and sensitive to the UAE/Arabic collective society and culture and must have an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
