Candidate must be at least Masters’ degree in Business Management/ Finance/ Administration/ HR/ Quality Assurance or other related areas of operations.
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 20 years of extensive administrative/ operations/financial/ related areas of experience in reputed educational institutions / universities/healthcare industry including working at senior positions; having managed and supervised Finance and Accounts/ Admissions and Marketing/ Human Resources/ IT Services/ Facilities Management/ Purchases/ Business Development/ Legal Affairs/ Other related areas of University administration.
He/she will report directly to the President of the University.
Candidate must display strong leadership abilities. He/she must be an expert in strategic planning process, overseeing budgeting and the implementation of budget so as to monitor the operational progress. He/she should be having very strong presentation skills, analytical skills and English communications skills. He/she must also possess the ability to develop strong relationships with different stakeholders so as to get the maximum cooperation and should have a creative vision to take the University forward.
Age should be preferably between 50 years and 60 years with evidence of very sound health. Selected candidate should have a valid passport and all the other relevant documents related to the profession. Medium of communications is in English and candidates should have an excellent communication skills in English. Speaking and writing in Arabic is also preferred.
