The event commenced with a signing ceremony marking the implementation phase of Emirates MEDs and the National Assessment Bank, which included all Deans of Medicine from across the UAE.
Our team engaged in valuable discussions focused on advancing medical education and shared insights regarding the implementation of EmiratesMEDs. Professor Matalka presented RAKMHSU’s experience in mapping and implementing Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) in undergraduate medical education, highlighting potential challenges and strategies for mitigation. This event provided a wonderful opportunity to connect with esteemed colleagues and contribute to the future of healthcare education in the UAE.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to UAEU and the organizing committee for creating such an enriching environment for collaboration!
