437.7 Spiritual FacilitiesThe university offers separate prayer rooms for men and women.7.8 RAK MHSU Campus Facilities and Safety Guidelines%u2713Protecting University Equipment%u2022Be vigilant to prevent theft, unauthorized use, or vandalism of university equipment.%u2022Secure personal items (laptops, phones, wallets) and avoid leaving valuables unattended in public spaces.%u2022Immediately report any loss, theft, or damage to campus Security and your department supervisor.%u2022Sharing or lending university equipment to unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.%u2022Violations may result in disciplinary action.%u2713Reporting Suspicious Activity%u2022Report any suspicious activity to campus Security immediately.%u2022Your prompt reporting helps maintain a safe campus.%u201cAll reports are confidential. There will be no retaliation for good faith reporting%u201d.%u2713Examples of Suspicious Activity:%u2022Unattended bags or packages in public areas%u2022People loitering near restricted or locked areas%u2022Individuals trying to access doors or windows without permission%u2022Anyone taking photos of entrances, cameras, or Security features%u2022Persons behaving aggressively or making threats%u201cIf you notice any of these, contact campus Security immediately%u201d.%u2713Building Security and Access%u2022All university buildings are locked at 10:00 PM nightly for safety.%u2022After 10:00 PM: Access to all buildings is restricted. Only authorized personnel with written approval from facility management & safety may enter after hours.%u2022Approved latenight activities require coordination with campus Facility Management & Safety Department, Security.%u2022All visitors must check in at Security checkpoints, sign the visitor log, and be escorted by a member of the university community at all times. %u2713Unauthorized Use of Emergency Equipment%u2022Tampering with or misusing safety equipment, including fire alarms, extinguishers, FM200 panels, CCTV cameras, first aid kits, and AEDs, is strictly prohibited.
