Kindly contact for any issues related to lockers.7.9IT Enabled Services and Resources of the University7.9.1 About IT Department1.Information Technology [IT] Dept. at RAKMHSU ensures that, IT Enabled Resources and Services are easily accessible round the clock from anywhere, any device and any Operating System (OS) by the Students, Faculty, Adjunct Faculty and Staff Members through proper validation.2.IT Department is a Support Center to Design, Develop, Maintain, Troubleshoot and Install IT Enabled Services & Resources to contribute efficiently to carry out the Learning, Teaching, Research and Administrative Activities of the University.3.Leverage Existing, Emerging, and Innovative IT Enabled Resources and Services to enhance and streamline Learning & Teaching Activities of the University4.Ensure the Privacy, Integrity and Reliability of IT Enabled Resources and Services of the University.5.Analyze Routine Issues and obtain Feedback from Users on Satisfaction Levels and implement changes accordingly by the proper evaluation and approval.7.9.2 IT Enabled Services & Resources provided for the Faculty, Staff Members and Students for the effective Teaching and Learning.1.Lecture halls, labs, multi-purpose hall, auditorium, research center and PBL rooms designed with latest configuration of smart boards, projectors, led screens and audio-visual (av) system to carry out audio-visual presentations effectively.2.Dual broadband high speed internet connections with 1gbps of the bandwidth for browsing the Internet in addition to 30 Mbps of managed DPI to access University IT enabled resources and Services from OFF Campus.3.The high sped broadband internet connection in satellite libraries located in the affiliated hospitals with other required it and audio-visual facilities.4.1 Gbps of dual / redundant LAN bandwidth from end user system to datacenter to provide better connectivity and speed to access IT enabled resources and services ON campus.5.Managed wireless enabled services [Wi-Fi] facility all over the Campus.6.EMail services and business collaborative applications are powered by Microsoft 365 to carry out effective communication with students, faculty & staff members with the following features:%u27a250 GB -Mailbox size for each student.%u27a2One Drive Size of 100 GB / student.
