There will be zero tolerance for corruption or extortion, regardless of the circumstances or individuals involved.%u25aaAll RAKMHSU-affiliated individuals are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, and transparency in all interactions and transactions.Presents, Hospitality, and Recreation%u25aaIt is strictly prohibited to accept or offer gifts, hospitality, or entertainment that could compromise the integrity or impartiality of any university-related decision.%u25aaAny gifts or hospitality offered or received must be of nominal value and consistent with standard business practices. The receipt or offer of valuable gifts is not permitted%u25aaGifts received by the university or its employees must be promptly reported to the appropriate authority, and a transparent record of such occurrences must be kept.Conflicts of Interests%u25aaAll RAKMHSU employees must disclose any actual or prospective conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of their duties.%u25aaConflict of interest resolution measures must be transparent and in the RAKMHSU's best interest.Due Diligence for Third Parties%u25aaRAKMHSU will conduct due diligence on third parties, such as vendors, contractors, and collaborators, to ensure that they adhere to comparable anti-corruption and bribery standards.%u25aaIt is severely forbidden to engage with third parties who have a history of corruption or bribery.Investigations and Consequences%u25aaRAKMHSU will exhaustively and impartially investigate all reported instances of corruption or bribery.%u25aaIndividuals convicted of corruption or bribery will be subject to disciplinary actions, including termination of employment, expulsion, legal action, and other appropriate measures.
