Programme Description

The Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Education is a programme for health professionals who teach, train or lead education in a clinical setting. It runs 18 to 24 months full time, and is offered by the Centre for Health Workforce Development alongside a PG Certificate route at a lower fee.

The programme is published as a staged award — a candidate may exit at, or progress through, each of these:

• Certificate
• PG Certificate
• PG Diploma
• Master’s degree

Who it is for

• Holders of a fundamental undergraduate degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing or any Health Professions degree
• Professionals with experience in clinical education teaching, training, administration and organization

Admission Requirements

1. Candidate holding a fundamental undergraduate Medical degree, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing or any Degree in Health Professions.
2. 2 years of experience in Clinical Education Teaching, Training, Administration and Organization.
