After FINAL 12th grade results are declared, students have to pay all the required fees of the 1st semester as mentioned in their offer letter.

Refund requests can be made by the student and the below refund timeline will be applicable for all the fees:

Note
  • Admission, Application fee and Seat Reservation Fee, once paid are non-refundable.
  • *Seat Reservation fee is part of the tuition fee which is payable to reserve the seat. After payment of the seat reservation fee, if the student is found ineligible according to the admission criteria based on the final 12th grade/IB/AS/A Level results, only 50% of the seat reservation fee will be refunded. This policy applies only to MD and BDS programs.
  • Refer to the refund timeline above for details regarding the tuition fee refund.
  • **Other fees include exam fees, lab & library fees, Health Insurance fees, Transportation fee, VISA fee, VISA security deposit fee, Uniform fee and annual SNF membership fee are refundable in case of withdrawal.
  • No fees will be refunded after one week from the commencement of classes.
  • In case of student VISA rejected by the UAE Immigration dept, an amount of AED 500/- will be deducted from the VISA fee and the remaining fee will be refunded to the student along with the VISA security deposit.
Refund of Transport Fee

Students who decide not to avail the bus facility within two weeks from the date of commencement of classes will be refunded 50% of the transport fee. Beyond 2 weeks, the total fee paid is non-refundable.

The refund policy applies to all subsequent semesters.

Merit Scholarship — MD
Up to 20% tuition concession

20% in Year 1 for ≥ 97% in Grade 12 / UAE NGSSE; Year 2 onwards: 15% (annual GPA ≥ 3.8), 20% (top 3 students).

Merit Scholarship — BDS
Up to 20% tuition concession

20% for above 95% and 15% for above 90% in Year 1; 20% from Year 2 for a GPA of 3.8+.

Pharmacy Scholarship — B.Pharm
50% on tuition fees

For all students enrolling in the B.Pharm program during the first semester of first year. Year 2 onwards: 15% (annual GPA ≥ 3.8), 20% (top 3 students).

Merit Scholarship — Pharm D
50% on tuition fees

For all students enrolling in the Pharm D program (6 years) during the first semester of first year. Year 2 onwards: 15% (annual GPA ≥ 3.8), 20% (top 3 students).

Nursing Scholarship — BSN / BSM
No discount during Year 1

Year 2 onwards: 15% (annual GPA ≥ 3.8), 20% (top 3 students).

Sibling Scholarship
5% – 25% concession

15% / 10% / 5% for 2nd / 3rd / 4th sibling (MD, B.Pharm, Pharm D, BSN, BSM); 25% for BDS.

Alumni Scholarship
10% – 25% concession

For RAKMHSU alumni joining postgraduate programs — MSN / PGDN, MSCP, MSMP, MSPS, MSCE, Pharm D (Post-Bachelor), PhD (Pharmacy), PhD (Nursing) and MDS.

Non-Alumni Scholarship
10% for AY 2026–27

For MSMP, MSPS, PhD (PPS) and MSCE — AY 2026–27 batch only.

NAFIS Scholarship
100% of full fees

For eligible Emirati students in B.Pharm, BSN and BSM, subject to NAFIS seat allocation.
