EnquiryThe Pharm.D is offered by the RAK College of Pharmacy (RAKCOP), one of the University’s four colleges on the Al Qusaidat campus. It sits alongside the Bachelor of Pharmacy, the MS programs in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the PhD in Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Two routes lead to the degree — a six-year program entered from grade 12, and a two-year Post-Bachelor program for applicants who already hold a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Both are set out under Entry Routes.

The College publishes two routes to the Doctor of Pharmacy.
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
Entry from 12th grade High School or equivalent. Admissions are open to students of all nationalities based on the established admission criteria.
- Tuition: AED 21,500 per semester, plus AED 2,500 in other fees.

Doctor of Pharmacy (Post – Bachelor)
The shortened route for applicants who already hold a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Tuition: AED 28,000 per semester.

Additional Requirements
- English Subject: Applicants who do not meet the English subject requirements will be required to pass a remedial course in the specified subject. For other curriculum, if the medium of instruction is English, a letter from the school is required.
- Personal Interview: All applicants must pass a personal interview set by the College, in addition to other admission conditions.
- Priority Admission: Priority will be given to students with high scores in Biology and Chemistry/Physics in grade 12.
- Remedial: Applicants who do not meet the requirements for any of the science subjects, Mathematics, or English must successfully complete remedial courses in the respective subject during the first semester.

- Benefit: 50% tuition scholarship
- Conditions: Applicable during the first semester of the first year. Year 2 onwards: 15% scholarship for an annual GPA of 3.8 or above, and 20% for the top 3 students in the batch.
