Where Our Graduates Go
From our campus to clinics, hospitals and pharmacies across the region
Since 2006, RAKMHSU has prepared physicians, dentists, pharmacists and nurses for the realities of modern healthcare. Our graduates progress into residencies, licensure and professional practice — building on clinical training across affiliated hospitals with more than 1,150 beds, and joining an alumni community now 3,400 strong.
A track record measured in graduates and clinical reach
Four professions, four pathways into practice
MD graduates progress to internship and residency training, then licensure as practising physicians within UAE and regional health systems.
BDS and MDS graduates enter clinical dentistry, specialty training and practice across public dental services and private clinics.
B.Pharm and M.Pharm graduates move into hospital and community pharmacy, regulatory affairs, industry and pharmaceutical research.
Nursing graduates become registered nurses and advance into specialist and graduate roles across hospitals and community health.
Residency, licensure and the next step
Programs are designed around the credentials our graduates need to practise. Clinical rotations across affiliated teaching hospitals build the case experience that licensure and postgraduate training demand.
From internship to registration, the path from classroom to clinic is structured, supported and recognised across the region.
Supervised clinical experience across affiliated hospitals and health facilities.
Preparation toward professional licensing and registration to practise.
Postgraduate and residency pathways for graduates pursuing specialisation.
Established careers in clinical, community, academic and research settings.
Employment across the health ecosystem
Our alumni serve across the breadth of healthcare delivery. Rather than a single destination, graduates spread into the settings where their training matters most.
These are categories of employment our graduates enter — reflecting the structure of healthcare in the UAE and the wider region.
Public hospitals, primary care and Ministry of Health & Prevention facilities across the Emirates.
The 1,150+ bed network where students train often becomes where graduates practise.
Hospitals and clinics across the GCC and beyond, served by a multinational alumni base.
Community and hospital pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, academia and health research.
3,400+ graduates, one community
Every graduate joins a network spanning four colleges and more than 60 nationalities — mentoring students, opening doors and carrying the RAKMHSU name into health systems worldwide.
