5.3 Student Participation Rate in International Dual Degrees (20%): Percentage of students enrolled in dual degree programs with international universities.
5.4 International Research Collaboration (20%): Percentage of research projects which involve an international partner over 5 years.

Global Ranking Reports: Data from ranking agencies (QS, THE, Shanghai Ranking).
Accreditation Certificates: Status of programs or institutional accreditation.
Exchange Program Logs: Data on dual degree enrollments and international collaborations.
