Pillar 2: Learning Outcomes(25%)

This pillar evaluates student performance, satisfaction, and validation of learning quality.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • 2.1 Assessment Quality Review (External Validation Rate) (30%): The average scores achieved per external validation assessment as specified in the validation grid, measuring QFEmirates levels, learning outcomes etc.
  • 2.2 Retention Rate (FYR) (20%): Percentage of first-year students who return for their second year.
  • 2.3 Employer Feedback in Work Placements(score out of 5) (10%) : The average rating by organisations of interns’ or apprentices' skills upon work placement completion.
  • 2.4 Employer Feedback in Employment (score out of 5) (10%): The average rating by organisations of the skills of hired graduates.
  • 2.5 Success Rate in Licenses & Certifications (20%): Success rate of students in obtaining required occupational licenses, professional exams or industry-specific certifications.
  • 2.6 Student Satisfaction with Learning Experience (score out of 5) (10%): The average rating by students of their satisfaction with learning experience & skills acquired.
