and evaluating both long-term and short-term strategic plans, ensuring

- Quality Assurance & Accreditation: The Deanship
oversees accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with national and
international standards while monitoring institutional effectiveness.
- Policy Development & Implementation: IEQAA develops,

- Performance Monitoring: It identifies key performance
indicators (KPIs) for colleges and departments, tracks their
