The IEQAA Portal is maintained by the Institutional Effectiveness, Quality Assurance and Accreditation (IEQAA) Team in order to monitor RAKMHSU KPI's status and achievement as per the MOHESR Outcome-Based Framework.  

Roles & Responsibilities of IEQAA

Documentation and Strategic Planning Department (DSP)

  • Gather, compile and provide reliable, timely information for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintains a repository/archive for all institutional publications and makes them available in both hard copy and on the university website.
  • Provides information and analysis based on the requirement for policy-making and decision-making activities.
  • Supports in preparation and evaluation of long-term and short-term strategic plans linking to budget.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

Quality Assurance and Accreditation Department (QAA)

  • Helps to prepare and implement the annual evaluation and accreditation plan for the University.
  • Coordinates the overall effectiveness of the evaluation process and institutional research activities.
  • Involves both internal and external stakeholders in ongoing evaluation processes.
  • Enhances the experience of student learning by evaluating the courses, programs, faculty teaching, grading system, and university-wide facilities and services.
  • Ensures data integrity and consistency through data cross-checks and rationale analysis while protecting the privacy of data.
  • Identifies the survey respondents, produces data for institutional reporting and decision-making.
  • Follows up the renewal of programs accreditations and the renewal of university licensure.

Institutional Effectiveness Department (IE)

  • Identifies the KPIs for the University, Colleges, and Departments.
  • Follows up the achievement of the approved targets.
  • Prepares annual progress reports based on the long-term and short-term strategic plans.
  • Reviews stakeholders’ feedback and prepares an action plan for continuous improvement.
  • Compiles data based on the requirements of national and international accreditation bodies.
  • Coordinates the overall analysis and reporting process of evaluations for institutional effectiveness.
  • Prepares internal and external stakeholders' satisfaction reports.
  • Projects institutional effectiveness by monitoring the action taken plans.
  • Provides analysis of results data for the compilation of institutional documents.
  • Compiles and submits CHEDS data to the Ministry of Education, UAE.
