This pillar focuses on measuring how successfully students transition into the workforce, with emphasis on relevant employment.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • 3.1 Job Offer Post Work Placement (40%): Percentage of students who received a return offer after completing a work placement, against the total number of students who participated in work placements.
  • 3.2 Student Participation Rate in Work Placements (30%): Percentage of students who have participated in work placements (internships, apprenticeships etc).
  • 3.3 Joint Industry Courses (15%): Percentage of courses delivered in partnership with industry.
  • 3.4 Industry Contributions (15%): Total monetary contributions received from industry partners, including endowments, donations, funding, and other revenue sources.

  • Placement Office Reports: Data on job offers and internships.
  • Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs): Agreements signed between universities and industries.
  • Industry Feedback Surveys: Feedback on collaboration success and student performance.
