Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, IT, Institutional Research, Health Informatics, or a closely related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or higher education analytics within a reputed educational institution or organization. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in accreditation data preparation, KPI reporting, and the development of institutional dashboards. Familiarity with university systems—such as student information systems, HR and finance platforms, surveys, and rankings data—will be considered a strong advantage.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, and SPSS. They must be able to manage large datasets and multiple deadlines, communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, maintain accurate documentation, and handle institutional data with professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical integrity.

The role requires strong focus, analytical thinking, integrity, and confidentiality, with the ability to perform under pressure and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Candidate must be friendly, familiar with, and sensitive to the UAE/Arabic collective society and culture and must have an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
