Motivating Messages from Some of Our Wonderful Graduates
Pages 5 to 7
I am Shooq Alblooshi, 2022 alumnus who did an internship year in Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, in this year my knowledge that I gained during university helped me a lot to apply them in the clinical field as well as in doing the exams that I had to do. I had confidence in dealing with patients and diagnosing patients and be part of the team hence I heard good feedbacks about people from our graduates who are working there. And now I am proceeding to continue my residency in urology as the base motivation was from my urology rotation during med school and it continued. My advice to everyone thinks about the future from now and don’t postpone anything, after graduating time will fly and the responsibilities will become bigger.
As a proud junior graduate of the esteemed RAK Medical and Health Sciences University, I am delighted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional education and training I received during my time there. Having recently embarked on my career as an ENT teaching assistant, I am continually reminded of the profound impact my alma mater has had on my professional journey.
Having achieved the remarkable feat of securing the 5th rank in my MBBS program, I owe my success to the rigorous academic environment and the unwavering support of the faculty at RAK MHSU. What truly sets RAK MHSU apart is its commitment to fostering a comprehensive understanding of clinical knowledge, a distinction I’ve observed when comparing graduates from other universities in the UAE. RAK MHSU graduates are consistently equipped with an advanced understanding of clinical practices, a testament to the university’s unwavering dedication to excellence in medical education.
Through my experiences, I have come to recognize the paramount importance of clearing essential board examinations such as the USMLE before graduation. The significance of this achievement cannot be overstated, as it not only validates one’s competence but also opens up a world of opportunities for professional growth and development.
I am sincerely grateful to RAK MHSU for instilling in me the values of perseverance, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, which continue to guide me as I embark on my journey to make a meaningful contribution to the field of ENT. My time at RAK MHSU has not only equipped me with the necessary skills but has also nurtured a deep-rooted passion for serving the community through the noble pursuit of healthcare excellence.
General Dental Practitioner, MOH, awarded the Jordanian Board of Restorative Dentistry.
“RAKCODS was my second home for five years. I am thankful for this journey, where I was guided and encouraged to be who I am today. Working with highly qualified and kind mentors gave me a role model for how I see my future as a dentist. It is with great pride that I say I am a RAKCODS alumni.”
I am happy to share with you my experience with RAKCODS. I joined RAKCODS in September 2015, and to be honest, it was a wonderful beginning, as everyone, either the teachers or the students, was really friendly and supportive all the time. I graduated on October 1, 2020, and I did my internship at RAKCODS too. If I went back to that time, I would do the exact same thing again. The first opportunity for me was to work at RAKCODS as a teaching assistant (Preclinical and clinical instructor), which improved my skills to another level in all dental specialties and qualified me to work at the private clinic. I consider myself lucky for studying and learning in RAKCODS, and I will always be proud.
“As an alumnus of RAK College of Pharmacy, RAK Medical and Health Sciences University, I can confidently say that my education at the University was instrumental in shaping my readiness for the diverse job market. The RAK College of Pharmacy program’s comprehensive curriculum, extensive clinical, community and industry training equipped me with the skills to excel in various sectors within the field.
My career began in an administrative role at the Ministry, where I quickly realized the boundless opportunities available in the field of Pharmacy. Presently, I’m part of a team of pharmacists, each specializing in different areas, showcasing the versatility of our profession. I’m always geared up to face new challenges, a testament to the exceptional education and training experiences I gained during my time at the RAK College of Pharmacy.”
Hope you are doing well.
