Job Description:
  • Align IT Enabled Infrastructure to meet strategic Goals and Objectives of the University, relevant Industry standards, regulatory guidelines and audit recommendations. 
  • Reporting to President of the University, interacting with Deans of the Constituent Colleges and Head of the Departments to provide feasible IT Enabled Solutions.
  • Explore and implement required IT Enabled Infrastructure to carryout Academics, Administrative and Research Activities of the University effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor Team Members to meet deliverables.
  • Prepare and Manage IT Budget and monitor Expenses to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Manage IT Enabled Projects to meet operational requirements.
  • Perform Route Cause Analysis to provide strategic solutions in line with ITIL Framework.
  • Perform Vulnerability Assessment to protect IT Infrastructure from malicious attacks.
  • Manage Strategic partnership with Vendors.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, Procedures, Checklists, Best Practices and Manuals.
  • Implementation of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans with frequent Drills.
  • Optimize IT Infrastructure for better performance, reliability and availability.
  • Manage and Align Tailor - Made University Management System and other Applications to carryout Academics and Administrative Operations of the University effectively.
