  • Manage facilities operations encompassing safety, security, capital improvements, and maintenance.
  • Responsible for facility operations of entire university campus & manage all aspects  associated with building and office maintenance, security, office furniture, equipment's &  facilities.
  • Monitor & control facility operating costs, contract expenditures, and future upgrades.
  • Tendering and operation of Construction, Facilities Management & Maintenance Contracts & drafting reports and making written recommendations. 
  • Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives while managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.
  • Implementation of all health and life-safety programs within the university; Planning and conducting Mock fire drill in coordination with Civil defense authority. ∙ Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
  • Managed construction project of AED 40.5 Million for Nursing & Pharmacy block G+3 with overall built-up area of 96,000 Sq. feet. & Sports Complex inside the campus accommodating multipurpose sports halls with built-up area of 21,000 Sq. feet.
  • Saved AED 250K of annual savings through energy conservation implementations.
  • Parking expansion - total 161 new parking developed 
  • Development of University Animal house with required facilities 
  • Set up an Central Store from Base level considering all inventory moment & storage requirements
  • Successfully managed all the precaution measures in combat with Covid-19 crisis 
  • Renovation & refurbishment of Garment Factory, restaurants warehouses.

  • Conducted Waste management training workshops for Lab technician's in coordination with RAKWA.
