I have been working in Admissions office since 2008 and with a total of 14 years of working Experience in the same field and with the past 2 years heading as In-Charge of Admissions, Registration & Marketing. Overall responsible and monitor the Department.
Admissions office has been streamlined with roles and responsibilities has been distributed among the staff within the department.
Each and every staff of Admissions dept has been given equal opportunity and a chance to learn and grow within the department.
Graphic Designer with social Media skills has been appointed to the Admissions Office to create design and post on the social media. This is will save a lot of cost and time consuming. Also he will be involved in the Admissions & Marketing.
Earlier there was no tool to capture the enquiry details. Zoho CRM has been installed to capture the leads generated by the advertisement, School visit, Exhibition, walk in enquiries & Social media and program wise enquiries has been distributed to the Admissions staff to follow up the leads and to convert them to applicant.
Zoho Chat has been added to the University website to answer the queries regarding Admissions.
Marketing plan has been made and distributed to the staff to function based on the plan.
Marketing Activities which was not important, has been cut down from the budget plan.
Yearly budget expenditure has been reduced drastically.
Weekly/monthly meetings have been kept to discuss and improve things.
Increased in school career fair & Exhibitions across UAE & GCC.
