Applicants should possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Education, Public Health, or a related field (PhD preferred). A minimum of five years of professional experience in institutional research, data management, or higher education quality assurance within a reputed educational institution / organization is required. 

Certification in Data Analytics or Quality Assurance in Higher Education is preferred.

The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in SPSS / Excel / Power BI or equivalent tools, and the ability to manage confidential data with integrity. In addition, the candidate should possess excellent communication and report-writing skills, along with the emotional resilience and physical capacity to manage deadlines, multitask effectively, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Candidate must be friendly, familiar with, and sensitive to the UAE/Arabic collective society and culture and must have an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
