Applicants should possess a minimum of a Masters degree in Healthcare field, Health Professions Education, Quality Assurance, or a related field (PhD preferred) and a minimum of five years of professional experience in accreditation, quality assurance, or higher education administration.
Certification in Quality Assurance, Accreditation, or Higher Education Management is preferred.
The candidate must demonstrate strong in-depth knowledge of accreditation frameworks and higher education quality standards, analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage deadlines and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
Ability to handle high-stakes deadlines, work in a team-oriented environment, and maintain composure under pressure is also required.
Candidate must be friendly, familiar with, and sensitive to the UAE/Arabic collective society and culture and must have an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
