Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or Education, with 0-2 years of proven administrative experience, preferably within a reputed educational institution. Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
The candidate should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow supervision effectively, proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as sound digital literacy and overall computer proficiency. A certificate of volunteering will be considered an added advantage.
The candidate should possess the emotional and physical capacity to perform effectively, along with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail. They must demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities, while showcasing effective time management and organizational skills. The ability to handle multitasking and manage a heavy workload is essential, as are strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships.
Candidate must be friendly, familiar with, and sensitive to the UAE/Arabic collective society and culture and must have an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
