Sr. Administrative Assistant /(Sr.) Executive/Manager - Assessments/ Examinations (Emirati preferred)

Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree and possess 2-10 years of relevant experience in the assessment offices of reputed universities or educational institutions, preferably within the GCC. 

The role requires strong proficiency in examination/assessment software and advanced MS Office applications. Applicants should have proven expertise in preparing MIS reports and the ability to efficiently maintain, organize, and safeguard academic records and files.

The candidate should have proven experience in planning, developing, and monitoring examination-related projects, as well as managing standardized tests such as IELTS. Familiarity with digital identification systems and examination-specific digital platforms is essential, including the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Strong analytical abilities, expertise in report preparation and documentation, and excellent English communication skills (oral, written, and reading) are also required.

Candidate must be friendly, familiar with, and sensitive to the UAE/Arabic collective society and culture and must have an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
