Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in academic administration, records management, or registrar operations, preferably in a reputable higher education institution.
Candidate must have strong computer skills, including MS Office and Student Information Systems (SIS/Digi Val/Banner). Must be highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize work, maintain accurate and confidential student records, and handle documentation, reporting, and coordination with departments efficiently. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
Excellent English communication skills (oral, written, reading) are mandatory.
Candidate must be friendly, culturally aware, and sensitive to UAE/Arabic collective society, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
UAE nationals/Emiratis would be preferred.
