Candidates having a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness in a reputed educational institution/organization can apply.
He/she must have valuable experience in areas of institutional research, data analysis, decision-support and data-mining.
The candidate should possess excellent English communication skills (written and oral), data visualization and presentation skills, strong statistical, analytical and reasoning skills and proficiency in MS office and any other statistical software.
He/she should have good knowledge of the standards of CAA (Ministry of Education, UAE).
Candidate must be friendly, familiar with, and sensitive to the UAE/Arabic collective society and culture and must have an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
