Candidates having a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in policy making and strategic planning in a reputed educational institution/organization can apply. 

He/she must have valuable experience in market research, strategy execution, forecasting and operational planning at institutional and departmental levels.

The candidate should possess excellent English communication skills (written and oral), MS office skills; strong knowledge of creating, implementing and managing policies and procedures.

He/she should have good knowledge of the standards of CAA (Ministry of Education, UAE).

Candidate must be friendly, familiar with, and sensitive to the UAE/Arabic collective society and culture and must have an ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
