Candidate must mandatorily have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Facilities maintenance field including HVAC systems and utilities.
Strong knowledge of CAD software, construction methods, materials, and industry standards; along with Project Handling and routine Facilities Management in reputed organizations/institutions (preferably in GCC).
Candidate must mandatorily possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to identify potential risks, ability to work independently and as well as in a team environment; with a proactive mindset and ability to handle pressure.
Excellent knowledge of working on MS Office is required.
