Dr. Tarun Wadhwa, Associate Professor, Clinical Pharmacy & Pharmacology, RAKCOP, was invited to deliver a session on "Medication Reconciliation" on Friday, 10th Nov. 2023 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at RAKCODS campus. The session was organized by RAK College of Dental Sciences (RAKCODS), RAKMHSU, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The target audience were Clinical staff and faculty members of RAKCODS. In the session, Dr. Tarun expressed the importance of medication reconciliation services provided at clinical settings or healthcare settings. The main focus of the session was to encourage healthcare professionals who play a vital role in medication therapy management by providing medication reconciliation services which may have significant impact on optimizing therapeutic outcomes of patients. The session was very well appreciated by the audience.
