2. Mental Wellbeing During Challenging Times

In times of change and uncertainty, taking care of your emotional wellbeing matters more than ever. A 40-minute session designed to:

  • Help you navigate challenges with confidence,
  • Build emotional resilience, and practice simple mindfulness techniques you can apply in your daily life.
  • The session will be followed by a 5-minute guided mindfulness exercise, along with meditation tips and practical wellbeing guidance.
