3. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All e-payment transactions processed via the RAK Medical and Health Sciences University website, mobile applications, and integrated payment platforms.
4. Definitions
- E-payment: Any payment made through electronic means, including online payments, mobile payments, or digital wallets.
- Payment Gateway: A third-party service that facilitates payment transactions between the user and the university.
5. Payment Methods
The following payment methods will be accepted:
- Credit and debit cards
- Bank transfers
- Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay)
Transaction Confirmation
- Users will receive immediate, clear confirmation of each transaction, including transaction ID, amount, date, and status.
Transaction Limits
- Higher transactions may require additional verification or approval.
6. Refund Policy
- Application and Admission fees are non-refundable. If the student withdrawn from the University before he/she complete their academic programme, any entitlement to a refund of tuition fees will be made in line with the University refund policy.
7. Governing Law
