Plans annual calendar of various sports events and ensures its effective implementation with in the budget costs.
Promotes the spirit of sportsmanship amongst students by ensuring their large participation in various sports events and competitions within and outside the university.
Maintains all sports facilities and equipments in good working condition at all.
Ensures general fitness of students by organizing and supervising routine physical training and exercises activities.
Ensures voluntary participation of students in regular public awareness campaigns.
Creates and maintains a positive image of the University by effective representations in Higher Education Sports Federation.
Creates and maintains up-to date students- files and records relating to sports and other activities and submits necessary as required.
Maintains excellent links with sporting organization including educational institutions within RAK and other Emirates.
