RAK Medical & Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU) started to find out a good solution provider under our budget since 2011 to design and develop the University Management System (UMS) as per our requirements. We found M/s Robosoft Technologies, India satisfactory after lot of demos, and interaction with the multiple Solution Provider. RAKMHSU has signed an agreement with M/s Robosoft Technologies, India during Mar-2013.
The difficult phase of the deployment is to make sure the functionality of the UMS are developed in line with the existing workflow, Stakeholder demands and interlinking of the multiple Departments to maintain uniformity of the data across the modules. However, Thanks to Robosoft as they have tailor-made product in line with our requirements and its working fine since 3 years.
