RAK Medical and Health Sciences University is First Medical University in the UAE to Obtain Five Stars in QS Stars Rating     College of Pharmacy at RAK Medical and Health Sciences University has obtained dual national and international accreditation for its Bachelor of Pharmacy program from the American Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) and the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA)     All Programs are accredited by Ministry of Education, UAE.    All our programs are recognized by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

RAKMHSU Convocation 2024

Congratulations to the 260 graduates of RAK Medical  and Health Sciences, Class of 2024!

The graduation ceremony was held under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. It was attended by university leadership, faculty, staff, students, proud parents and families, as well as key partners and stakeholders.

His Excellency Mohammed Omran Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah, and His Excellency Salem Al Sharhan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the university, were present at the event, along with representatives from government entities, healthcare providers, and industry partners.

In his address, University President Prof. Dr. Ismail Matalka expressed pride in the graduates, thanking the Ruler and Crown Prince for their continuous support and guidance since the university's founding. He also acknowledged the valuable contributions of the university's partners and stakeholders in shaping the institution's excellence.

The guest of honor, Prof. Dr. Humaid Al Shamsi, founder and director of the Oncology Center at Burjeel Medical City, delivered an inspiring speech urging the graduates to drive change and contribute to a health renaissance in their communities.

In recognition of his contributions to cancer care in the UAE, Prof. Dr. Al Shamsi was granted the rank of Professor by the university.

The ceremony celebrated the achievements of the 260 graduates from the Colleges of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, and Pharmacy, marking a significant milestone in their academic and professional journeys, surrounded by the love and support of their families and the university's esteemed partners and stakeholders.
