SIDC promotes collaborative and interdisciplinary inquiry across areas such as simulation-based education, interprofessional learning, continuing professional development, immersive and technology-enhanced learning, artificial intelligence, assessment, faculty development, and educational quality.
Through research, evaluation, and scholarly collaboration, SIDC seeks to generate evidence, evaluate educational approaches, translate findings into practice, and continuously improve learning experiences and outcomes.
Students, faculty, healthcare professionals, and partners are encouraged to engage in research, innovation, scholarly dissemination, and knowledge exchange, contributing to the advancement of health professions education locally, regionally, and internationally.
