- Serving as international students' primary point of contact, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey at RAKMHSU.
- Assisting international students with the admissions process, including application evaluation, document verification, and VISA procedures.
- Coordinating and conducting orientation programs for new international students to familiarize them with the university's policies, facilities, and services.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining programs and initiatives that promote international students' academic, social, and cultural integration.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to international students, addressing their concerns, challenges, and needs throughout their academic tenure.
- Collaborating with academic advisors, faculty, and administrative staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of support services for international students.
- Organizing and facilitating workshops, seminars, and events that promote intercultural understanding and enhance the international student experience.
- Collect and analyze data related to international student enrollment, retention, and satisfaction and provide reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with immigration regulations and policies to ensure compliance and assist international students with VISA renewals, extensions, and other related matters.
- Liaising with external organizations, embassies, and consulates to facilitate international student recruitment and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract international students.
- Participating in professional development activities and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills related to international student services.
