Applying to RAKMHSU from Pakistan

Certificates normally pass through an attestation chain so UAE authorities recognise them, and your qualification may also need a UAE equivalency.

Every case differs — admissions confirms exactly what you need. Call +971 50 487 5530.

Step by step

Your document & attestation route

1
IBCC or HEC verification first
School certificates (Matric/SSC, Intermediate/HSSC) → Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC). University degrees/transcripts → Higher Education Commission (HEC). This is normally the first stamp.
2
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Pakistan
Take the documents to Pakistan's MOFA for attestation — it generally attests only documents that already carry IBCC/HEC verification.
3
UAE Embassy/Consulate in Pakistan
Have the documents legalised by the UAE mission in Pakistan. Check current document, fee and appointment requirements in advance.
4
UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFAIC)
On arrival in the UAE, documents are typically attested again by the UAE MoFAIC, closing the standard loop. Online/digital attestation options increasingly exist.
5
UAE equivalency (Muadala) where required
The UAE Ministry of Education may issue an equivalency confirming your qualification meets the UAE standard. Ask RAKMHSU whether it is required for your program.
