The Library is subscribing seven online databases for providing the up-to-date information to the user.
RAKMHSU Library subscribes to the ProQuest Health Research Premium Collection online medical database. It provides information on thousands of medical topics, with full text access to 5100+ journals, and over 900 include MEDLINE indexing. In addition, users have access to charts, diagrams, graphs, tables, photos, and other graphical elements essential to medical research. This package includes the below given databases:
UpToDate is a comprehensive evidence-based clinical information resource, designed to provide physicians the quick access to practical and reliable answers to questions that arise during the course of patient care.
The UpToDate physician editors and authors synthesize available clinical evidence and their expert experience to provide precise and concise diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Additionally, the content of UpToDate is organized and delivered in a format that makes it usable right at the point of care via online access.
The content in Up-To-Date is original material written by well-known international faculty of over 3000 authors, all of whom are practicing physicians and leading experts in their specialties. It is written to the specialist level and is systematically peer-reviewed.
The physician editors incorporate clinical findings from the more than 350 medical journals reviewed each month. In terms of volume, the content available in Up-To-Date is the equivalent of over 70000 pages of text, graphics and abstracts, or an entire medical library.
UpToDate OnlineExam Master® provides high quality, web-based exam preparation systems for medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physician assistant, and the health sciences.

Acland's Video Atlas of Human Anatomy presents video recordings of real dissected human cadaveric specimens. The specimens have not been embalmed and therefore retain the colour, texture and mobility of the living body. The recordings show real life movement and transcripts of the audio can be printed out.
There are tests and a glossary, and the content can be searched by anatomical region, part or using an A-Z index.
The Atlas contains five sections: upper extremity, lower extremity, trunk, head & neck, and internal organs.
