RAK College of Medical Sciences (RAKCOMS), the flagship college of RAK Medical and Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU), has been a leader in medical education since 2006. Our fully accredited Doctor of Medicine [MD 6 years] Program is recognized by the UAE Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) and listed in the World directory of medical schools.
With world‑class facilities, modern laboratories, advanced simulation centres, and smart classrooms, RAKCOMS provides a dynamic learning environment that prepares future physicians for the demands of modern healthcare.
Our outcome‑based, competency‑driven curriculum is delivered by more than 120 distinguished faculty members from 17 nationalities. RAKCOMS is also home to innovative programs such as the region’s first Communications Micro-credential, delivered in partnership with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (RCPSG), and a longitudinal Clinical Decision-Making curriculum emphasizing evidence-based practice.
