RAKMHSU invites external academic institutions, industry partners, startups,
healthcare organizations, and government bodies to engage with CARF under two
globally recognized models:
Option 1: Contract Research Organization (CRO) Model
- End-to-end research execution based on partner objectives and defined endpoints
- Protocol development, ethical approval, execution, data collection, analysis,
and comprehensive final reporting
- Transparent financial framework: external-rate project charges, milestone-based
payments
- Intellectual property remains with the external partner; RAKMHSU does not claim
ownership
Option 2: Collaborative Research Model
- Active scientific collaboration with joint protocol development, experimental
execution, and data analysis
- Access to raw and analyzed data for co-authored publications or innovation
outputs
- Facility and research-related costs borne by the collaborator at agreed internal
rates
- Shared intellectual property based on contribution and mutual agreement
These models provide flexibility, transparency, and access to CARF’s unique
expertise, advanced equipment, and integrated software platforms for translational
and preclinical research.
