There are two streams A&B. Stream A – BSN and Stream B – RN-BSN.

1. Stream A: BSN degree program:

The four year program curriculum has been designed to provide quality education in nursing which is comparable to the international levels. It also ensures that each student is exposed to professional knowledge and practice through evidence–based learning and problem-solving approaches. This program is fully accredited by Ministry of Education UAE.

Two years Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree Program full time for registered nurses who have completed Diploma in Nursing and have two years clinical experience.

3A. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Degree Program with four different specialization Available.

Adult Health & Gerontology Nursing / Pediatric Nursing / Psychiatric Mental Health / Community Health Nursing & Midwifery Nursing. To fulfill the ever-growing need of nursing profession, RAK College of Nursing at RAK Medical & Health Sciences University, started the Master of Science in Nursing program (MSN) in the year 2011-2012.

This unique & dynamic program is based on the National league of Nursing core values of caring, integrity, diversity, and excellence derived from the Educational Competencies Model (2010), which calls for graduates of nursing programs to be prepared to:

1. Promote and enhance human flourishing for patients, families, communities, and themselves.
2. Show sound nursing judgment.
3. Continually develop their professional identity.
4. Maintain a spirit of inquiry as they move into the world of nursing practice and beyond

With four semesters in two-year MSN program lets, you earn your graduate MSN – Adult Health & Gerontology Nursing / Child Health / Psychiatric Mental Health/ Community Health Nursing degree. We offer a flexible schedule so nurses can continue working full time in the clinical practice setting while obtaining their MSN degree.

MSN program got its first renewal of accreditation from the Ministry of Education (MOE), on 21 December 2014 and re-accreditation on 2 September 2020 until30 November 2023.The program is supported by well qualified and committed faculty. Students assured of personalized teaching and guidance. In future, there more specialties added to the existing MSN program.

3B. Master of Science in Midwifery (MSM)

Degree Program (New) started in the A/Y 2020-2021. It has its initial accreditation from CAA, MOE, UAE on 2 September 2020. Admissions started, hurry, first accredited Midwifery program in UAE.

4. Certificate course in Renal Nursing

Completed in August 2020.Due to COVID-19 temporarily this program was stopped for 2 years in future this program will be offered as postgraduate diploma in Renal Nursing for duration of one year.

5. Remedial program:

Remedial program is for BSN graduates who do not fulfill the academic grade point and are not eligible for admission to MSN program at RAKCON, RAKMHSU.
